One gentleman who worked hard on improving his life, leaving past behind, improving relationships and everything asked a question, I have been working on myself for one year and I see a lot of change in my life. I have worked everyday for one year and now, I feel tired. What if I stop doing it? What if I stop working on myself? What if I let it be?
WE would know, when we stop doing it. Second thing, why do we want to stop? Do we ever think of stopping to eat food any day saying we have been eating for years and now, shall we stop eating? We need to eat every day and we would vouch for it that till we are alive we have to keep eating. Similarly, we need to give food to our mind too.
Now, if we are not careful, our mind would eat whatever it is getting. Our responsibility is to carefully filter it and pick up the food which will nurture it and life. If we are not careful, it can pick up any think which may not reflect right away but in longer run would gradually spoil things.
It is like if we leave a car running without a driver on the road, it would damage itself and others. Similarly, if we leave our mind astrayed without a driver which most of us do, we end up hurting self and others. But if the driver is on place which is our awareness then it can maneuver the mind and get it on track.
But what should I do everyday?
First of all you need to get ready for life and yourself. You need to get ready with smile and lots of love for yourself. Tell yourself I love you and smile. Be grateful for who you are and for everything and life. Then set your intentions for the day. What do you desire today. THen if you have any particular thing focus on the desired outcome. After that if anyone is bothering , set your intentions to solve and forgive.
It’s your life, your mind, you need to keep it loving.
