Most of the times, when someone comes and tells us something good about us, we feel good and we say you have made my day. I remember 4 years back, when i was losing weight during my morning walk one lady said you have lost a lot and then she herself said I have just made your day which made me smile. So many times, any complement coming our way has a knack of cheering us up and we wait for such complements and may be this gives a new high to our ego. What I often wonder, what we want from others, how many times have we been doing that? Yesterday while counselling a girl, in the morning I told her, go and look into the mirror and tell yourself you are beautiful and it will be your perfect day which she did with lost energy and it took 3 attempts to get a genuine smile and an affirmation full of energy but it was worth trying other two times. As she felt good her mood was uplifted and she started her day on an enthused note. We want lots of things from others but we fail to do such things for ourselves which makes us expect from others and makes us insecure too. However, the truth is everything is there inside you, you are conncted to the Universal divine source of light and you do not have to depend on anyone else to churn out own source. You just have to look within and you will find everything inside you. All the insecurities would vanish and you will be blooming with new and refreshed energy everytime. You do not have to depend on anyone else to come and make you complete…you are complete within yourself for everything. You are the strength yourself and you are the love yourself. You are divine spark yourself..all you have to do is look within.
