Why do we get angry?

BEcause we are not peaceful.

How can we become peaceful?

When we start working on our peace.

Will that resolve anger issues? Yes, once we are peaceful, we have no need to fight. We fight because we have given priority to a lot of things in life which bring unrest in life.

But those things are priortized to attain peace.

Did it bring peace? No, because peace can be attained when we start focusing on peace. Can we ever attain peace by focusing on war and protection? It is like some country is building nuclear weapons saying that it is for the protection. So that we can maintain peace. But the sad reality is these weapons itself have caused such a big risk to humanity. It may bring countries to war. One country building weapons lead others country to do the same. Peace can be attained when the same money is spent in supporting people and educating them.

How can we attain peace?

Let me ask a question. What’s making you angry?

My employee was trying to trick me. He did not want to do the assigned task.

But did you get tricked? When you know it. The reality is we do not need any protection. The energy is guiding us, protecting us. That’s how you know, he was trying to trick you. And then you were able to get the work done. So why are you so restless? Work is done and be peaceful about that. You would know it next time also. Just by thinking he was tricking, you are becoming so tensed. This tension will eventually create an anger. Focus on the work done rather than how is everyone else. In a similar way, you can use your intentions and own light to guide the things and be peaceful rather than what others are thinking and doing.

Start working on your mental peace and you will start giving peace to others. If you are tensed, this is what you will give to others.
