A 23 years old boy was joining new office and asked for one advise and the answer was honesty! He started laughing and said that who follows these principles these days. I smiled and said that does not matter if someone follows it or not, still this is the best way to live and to work. Even if there is no law of Karma and there are no bad results for anything, still I would say honesty is the way. Because it is the right thing. He laughed it off and left.
After few days, he called back and said that he had misrepresented some facts and now, one of his colleagues knows this. He might tell to the boss, so what should he do. He could lose this job! This is kind of warning from the Universe. It does not intend to take away job from you but warning you. Still I would say follow honesty! Go and tell your boss and after that it would be his decision. He came by and asked that how does this work. See it’s simple. We are the creator of own destiny and we are creating everything in our lives. So whatever we are giving we are going to receive that. If no one knows the truth, you know the truth and you start creating same vibrations. Universe starts responding back with same vibrations and you receive what you are giving.
I have several stories where people were not honest and they suffered very badly. They had fallen sick, some dear family member fell sick or had very painful deaths. I do not mean to create fear, but life is about learning and fixing. You are lucky that you are getting a warning rather than directly losing the job. So go and tell your boss. He understood or may be fear worked, he shared with his boss and boss discussed with the management. They allowed him but gave him a warning that he has to perform in next six months which he did. But he was very relieved. He came by again and still asked why it happens? Now the question is if it does not happen back, how would you know how much pain you have caused to others? What if it was your company and someone else has lied to you? He had no answer!
