Morning 5 am : If I do not wake up and meditate, I will miss on the peace. I will have a bad day and restless day.
8 am : If I eat this, I will be fat
9 am: I shall not get stuck in traffic.
10 am : received a sms, forward this to 10 people…oh..***! Why did I receive it, now I have to or else, my wish will not be granted.
11 am: If I do not give money to the beggar, then I will invite bad Karma. What shall I do? (So I create a justification in my mind that why i shall not give)
2 pm : People are jealous of my job and my home. If They will see my lunch, it will put a bad energy in me.
And the things continue…….till night!
Before going to bed : What if I lose job, what if boss is angry, what if I die..what ifs…
With all such fears, even when you are meditating, how would you stay peaceful.
Sometimes we learn to live and grow with fears. We get them with our experiences, understanding, conditioning from parents as this is how they grew up, sometimes life experiences have added to that and many things. But do we want to live like that?
So what shall we do?
So if you feel someone might curse your money or food, start blessing it first.
If You feel you might have a bad day (Without realizing we are setting bad intentions for the day). So start setting right intentions and what kind of day you would like to have rather what you do not want. So tell yourself in the morning, thank you for giving me a happy, healthy and loving day.
Do not give to Beggar out of fear of Karma. Give out of love because we all are a part of one big Universe and we shall share what we have.
Start working on your fears one by one and then live your life. You will be better, your health will be better and rather, you will see the shift in your life. Your fears are creating more damage in your life than you can fear about. So start putting love into your life rather than fears!
