Every time life teaches us same lesson again and again with deeper sense of realisation. Gratitude is one thing which keeps coming back again and again. Sometimes through hardships, sometimes through others experiences and sometimes with a deep sense of love. It comes and brings us a fresh sense of life and happiness.
We can never be enough grateful. There is so much to be grateful for. There is never enough to complain to God. He is doing so much. We do a little thing for someone and we expect that person to be grateful for us forever. We want that person to bow down his head in front of us always. But what we do not realize is that how much he has been doing for us. How much he is forgiving us. How much we take him and things he do for us for granted. And we complain and then we feel it’s someone else’s fault.
Few days back one friend called up. She has a good husband who is supportive of her. He is always standing by her side. Good business. Two kids. She is young , so health is also good. She has two beautiful children. One boy and one girl. She called and kept crying. She said, that I have everything, I do not know why I am unhappy. I do not know why I am not peaceful. Well, after listening to her, I asked her, have you expressed your gratitude. She tried contradicting that she was grateful but the only lesson required was gratitude. So she started counting her blessings everyday. For one month her only task was to think about how blessed her life was and to express gratitude. She called up again and shared that she had never felt happier. Things do not bother her any more. Things which were irritating her were not irritating her any more. Because she was happier, even her family was happier.
Sometimes it’s the tough times and sometimes it’s the good times. But he is doing his best to support us, to keep us happy and give us everything. I am grateful to him for all his efforts, love and everything. Without him and his support, I wouldn’t be even standing.
Thank you God and I love you God. thank you for being with me, in me, taking care of me, loving me, guiding me, holding me, supporting me, living with me, in me, around me. Thank you for creating me and this beautiful world around me.
