Can we be happy in what we have, where we are and who we are? Means NOW?

One person came over to meet and said that, I want to be happy. I do not like myself as a crying, complaining and shouting person all the time. When I am happy, i am very calm and collected. I like that version of me. Ok, then be happy, who is stopping you.

He was silent and then said, there are so many issues in my life. My employees, my children, things at home and so many things. When they are not as per me, I feel lost and then I get frustrated or angry. And they will always be in different shapes and sizes. The challenge is not that we can be happy if everything is perfect according to us. The challenge is we need to be happy and poised amidst this noise.

There was a man, who used to have very small temperament. He would get angry on every issue. So one day, he left for Jungles. He said that he would meditate, connect with nature, will bring control over himself. After thirty years, when he had not felt angry even once, he decided to come back. On the way back, someone stepped over his feet and his anger shot up. He realized in solitude there was no trigger. he had wasted 30 years of his life in trying to be calm and poised.

Like this we keep wasting our lives in trying to be happy. Honestly we do not even do things to be happy. While shouting at servant, at ask yourself, what will give you peace? If you had not chosen that, then how will you be happy? Before judging someone or even your own kids, ask yourself, what will bring smile on your face, then choose that rather than getting into an ego fight.

Everything will be noisy, it will be messy, write that down somewhere, you need to find your divine temple inside you. if you have been looking for peace to come from outside, you will keep waiting.

Moreover, your outside life is reflecting your inner chaos. Once you find peace inside you, once you are truly happy from inside, around you also, you will see everything is matching your vibration and bringing you happiness.
