One gentleman called up and said that he wanted to stay positive, so how he should start his day? I asked him to think of all the blessings he has in life, give thanks for them and before going to bed, he can forgive everyday and be again thankful for the love and peace in his life. Next morning again he can wake up and start thanking everyday like this and also for all the abundance which is coming his way. He called up after one week and said that he was feeling great and he feels that his life is turning around which was so beautiful to hear. After one month he called up again and he was again complaining. He said that it is becoming such a task. I asked him what’s stressing him out and he said that it is becoming a task to follow something everyday.
Now, here are the few questions?
Do we have to eat food everyday and the answer is yes, multiple times.
Do we have to eat healthy food for healthy body and the answer is again yes.
What if we keep eating junk everyday? We will fall sick or our body will develop certain disease.
So to stay healthy, we have to eat everyday and that too healthy! Similarly, to keep our mind healthy, we have to give healthy food to eat everyday. Now, by default our mind picks up negative though. We laugh at others negatives, we like to talk about that. So we are giving negative food to mind. It’s importance increases when we realize our life is the reflection of what we are thinking. Our body is also a reflection of what we are thinking. If we are thinking positive or life and body will be happy and positive. But if we have negative thought process, our life also will start going awry. So it is imperative that we have to make an effort everyday. So
