One 40 years old gentleman who was tired of his life wanted to change his life. he had tried many things but nothing worked so far. It would appear that it’s working for few days and then after sometime, it would be back to same place. his business was failing or let’s say was in survival mode for many years. His relationship was having problems and now, his health also started reflecting the survival situation in his life. He really wanted to change his life but did not know how.
We are creating our lives in our mind. Our every thought is impacting our lives which we do not realize. We are the source of everything in our lives. We feel that it is someone else who is doing or we are a puppet at the hands of Karma/God/Universe and then it is like that. Everything in this world is responding to our thoughts and feelings. That is how we are creating our lives. So if we really want to change our lives, we need to change the way we are thinking. Buddha also said that you are what you think. So let’s first understand how we are creating our lives:
1. Our body is a part of energy system and is a form of condensed energy.
2. This energy is constantly transforming from one form to another
3. Our thoughts create feelings and our feelings changes our energy. Happy feelings give energy so take our energy high and lower feelings deplete our energy, so take our energy low.
4. As energy vibrates, this whole Universe is vibrating, everything and everyone in it is vibrating.
5. Our vibrations determine our place in Universal vibrations.
6. We are a magnet of people/events and things of similar vibrations where we are.
7. If we can change how we are thinking, we will be able to change how we are feeling which will change our vibrations which means people/event and things.
8. Highest vibrations are of love, joy and peace.
9. Hatred/guilt/jealousy have lowest and they can really take anyone to the lowest on scale.
10. If we can maintain high vibration thoughts we can change our life completely.
So this gentleman started working on his thoughts, where he started becoming more and more aware of how he was thinking, how his thoughts were affecting his life and he started maintaining things in a positive manner which eventually improved his relationship and business.
So what is the way to maintain high vibrational thoughts:
1. Stay in gratitude
2. Forgive…yourself and others
3. let go!
4. Find reasons to be happy
5. Learn to appreciate
6. Giving/compassion..giving love, money, time, helping people in every way
7. Sharing more love rather than ego
8. Blessing rather than cursing
9. Feeling happy about self
10. Focusing on what want rather than the problems or what we do not have.
