It’s okay to be sad, to be angry, to feel week. Do not judge, just accept all your emotions.

One gentleman who had anger issues, said that I want to control anger. And why do you want to control anger? He said that everyone says anger is bad and we shall not get angry. But it is a natural emotion and it is given to us for a reason to experience. But it is harmful and how? Sometimes, I damage my relationships and I spoil many things. So have you tried not to get angry? He said that YES! I have tried controlling anger many times. No, I mean have you tried not getting angry? No anger or to control anger they are different things. So have you tried controlling or you did not feel anger. He said that i suppressed my anger and how did you feel after that? Well, I felt very bad, and later on it came out as bigger anger. Till the time it did not come out, it kept hurting myself and one day finally he came out! That’s the point! If you suppress your anger it harms in one or other ways. Anger is bad and suppressing anger is very bad. So what’s the solution? We should understand our emotions, experience them and let them go!
But still how do i manage my anger? Well that’s a better word! Why do you get angry? He thought for a while and said that when someone does not listen to me! Exactly. We want everyone and everything to be as per us and when it does not happen as per us, we feel bad. Sometimes it comes out as anger too. So we need to be aware of few things. Things are not as bad as they appear. Everyone has right to free will. Everyone has right to be the way they are. They do not have to do things as per our expectations. They can never do. Either they would do better or lesser! We need to notice when and what makes us angry and later on we need to reason ourselves out. Moreover, we also need to make sure we correct the bad marks we have left after anger. This way our mind will get trained in a new positive direction.
Similarly, we have been told, we should not get sad. We should not feel week and many things like that. But we need to understand that every emotion is given for a reason. So that we can gain a full experience. Or else we would be too mechanical. We are human beings and that’s why we can experience everything It’s so beautiful to experience every emotion. So let them come, understand them and accept them. They would pass. Accept your emotion and let them go. When you are angry or sad do not say No I am fine, say yes, I am feeling angry. Immediately you would feel relieved. 
Experience your emotions, do not judge them.You have right to your emotions. Do not worry about what has been told!
