First of all lets define success. Mostly people do not understand what exactly they want and why they are doing what they are doing. If i ask some, especially the college students, they have one thing in common to say, that I have lots of money and I am the best and people know me. Ok, then lets drill down, how much money, how many people and best in comparison to whom…start asking and then you will know what actually you want and that will define own success. Everyone has own desires, own journey and own scales. Everyone climbs own heights. So first of all have a clarity what actually do you want. Now you can get whatever you want and know what you want is the first step. Rest everything comes along with your determination. I understand, hard work, persistence etc, but believe me, all these would come if you are determined. There is no one in this world who doe snot face challenges of failures or gets things easily. You may get things easily which you have not asked for, but the things which you have actually desired, believe me, you need to put your soul into those. You do not get them with the blink of an eye. It does not mean that you wont get them, you would get them, if you are determined to get them. You will be putting your blood and soul into it then why you wont get, so when you want something, know why you want and then get going. be determined that what may come I would get it, and then you would get it. Once you are determined, you will do all the hard work required, you will explore all the options and you will do everything required to get it. So be determined and then get it.
