He was very poor but always helped others. Someone asked him, why are you helping others. Look at your condition. It has never improved. Infact if you would have saved this money, may be you would have been better. He smiled and said, who knows whatever I am having, it is because of what I am giving. More than that, I am not giving to improve my situation or to receive back. I am giving as it is my duty. If something is to be calculated then it is his duty. Let him do the calculations. But one day, it changed. He used to lift storage boxes in his cycle rickshaw. So the shop keeper himself offered him service inside the shop and very soon he was managing the entire store. He continued his giving but lived a decent life in a decent locality after that.
One brother cheated his brother in business who had taken care of him all his life. Finally the younger one left everything saying I do not want anything from this. I have lost my brother because of this business. If this is what is making you happy, I pray for your happiness. The younger one went through tough time for next 3 years and elder one? Well, Universe has everyone’s back. Slowly business started falling apart and he had to sell his own house also in next three years. When the younger one was leaving, his wife was apprehensive and he said only one thing. I can do my karma and do what I can do. I cannot make all the calculations. That is upto him to manage. If he has to he will. Saying this they had left.
Often we worry about too much for leaving things or someone playing unjust and all. But we need to know one thing, Universe has everyone’s back. We shall not tolerate bad but we also cannot calculate. If we are unable to do something we must leave. Always do the right thing because this is the right thing. Let Universe do the calculation of who shall receive how much and when. Let Universe do the calculation that who shall be punished. We are no one. We can only do our own Karma.Have faith in own Karma.
