For last few days, some one is very upset about one thing that why do I write such blogs or make such postings on FB. Am I grown up enough to teach people? This is his first question. Well…I never started writing something assuming that I am teaching someone something. I write whatever is in my mind that day and after that if it is touching someone somewhere in a positive way I am more than glad and happy. I cannot stop writing because someone feels I am too young to do that. Neither I can let it effect me. Most of the times when I am conducting my sessions on self confidence, this is the most asked question I have, how to make others believe that we can do it. And I always say..Just do it..you can never control what others think or do, you can only control what you do. So just do it. If they have to believe in you, they will do it. If they do not..it is their problem not yours. What you can do is, you let it not effect you. You lose your confidence when you evaluate yourself from others perspective. Everyone has own experience, perception nd thought process, you cannot control that. You can control only your actions. You are the best judge of yourself and do not underestimate yourself on the basis of others evaluation. This is the biggest inhibitor in building your self belief. Your persona should be based on your self belief, not how others see you. They see you as you project yourself. You project yourself as a diffident person and they see you as that. When you hear that in their words, you feel bad. People accept you the way you are, just that you have to accept yourself the way you are.
Do not depend on what others would think of you or do, just look at what you can do and what you think of yourself as deep down, we are the best judge and we know ourselves best. Just take out the inhibition which is blocking you from connecting with the self.
