Whatever we focus upon grows stronger in life. We always need to remember this. Whether we are hating it or whether we are loving it, we are spending our energy on that and when we spend energy on something it gets tied to us. More we think and feel about it, more we get it. And the irony is, the intensity of hatred is always more than the intensity of love.
