We all grow up and build our perceptions and thoughts and whatever we think or do forms the basis of or future thoughts. These thoughts help us in judging and evaluating but same thoughts keep us away from truth also. You are judging a person as per your own thoughts so you would imply your thoughts on same person, may be you would never get to know the real person …. same way if you judge a situation, you just do it as per your past knowledge and experience and that may keep you away from the real facts. When you think you do not observe and when you do not observe, you will never know the truth. You want to understand this universe, you will read the books and you will think you know, but this very knowledge is keeping you away from truth. The moment you stop thinking you start coming closer to truth as you start observing and for that you have to become one with that. You want to understand a bamboo stick, just focus on bamboo stick without thinking and you would know that what all is happening to bamboo stick, it is shaking a little by the wind, it has some thorns, at some places it is scraped and everything…when you would keep observing, you would become one with it and then you would know the true nature of it…but if you would keep thinking, you would never know the true nature. You can have new revelations only when you stop thinking. Your own thoughts keep you away from reality. So if you want to know the truth become an observer not a thinker. Once you know the truth, you will never have to think as you know the truth. You need to think because you do not know the truth as you are trying to know it. But if you know, why do you have to worry because a truth is a truth. So become an observer.
