In Bhagwad Gita Krishna says, I am the flow of river, I am the heat of Fire, I am the flow of breeze, I am the light of Sun, I am the fragrance of flowers, I am the sound of birds, I am the roar of a lion, I am the spirit inside you. So he created everything and essence of everything is him. We fight it, we realize it, we accept it, we love it depends on us. But the truth remains truth. People who are fighting God and his existence, also cannot deny. No one has ever controlled, death, birth, how the body is formed inside a body, why it happens the way it happens, why some people have more and some have less, why love wins all and I can continue writing.
He is everything and then we need to realize we are who he is. He is who we are. He is not separate from his creation and his creation is not separate from him. More we realize this, more we are full of love from him and for him. Why it comes after realization? Well, sunlight is everywhere but we have walls and windows. When we realize his love, these walls start falling down. Then there is no more darkness and everything is clearly visible. then we realize there is so much light around us and inside us.
He is whatever we are. He is the love inside us, he is the light inside us, he is the desire to do good, he is the goodness inside us. He is the abundance, he is the health, he is the healing, he is the strength. He is what we do, he is who we are. He created us, he manages everything, he takes care of all. All the prayers to him, all the gratitude to him, all the love to him.
