He was in depression. He shared that he did not want to go to his office. He shared that he loved his work and every day he would wake up and could not wait to reach to his office. He wanted his business to reach places. Everything was fine until his son left him forever saying he did not like this business. His son left him and his business. Since then he did not feel like going to the office. I asked him if he had a purpose earlier for his business and he shared yes. Earlier he wanted to treat his son like a king and hand him over big business. So every day he worked hard to create that kingdom without realizing his son never wanted that. Then his son left and everything started feeling like a pain. He did not know why.

Going to office is a part of the pain. We get up early, get ready, cross the traffic and then reach office. If we have a purpose, this pain does not appear like pain and we do not suffer. But when there is no purpose, this pain creates suffering. A mother is able to bear the pain of childbirth because she knows she is bringing her child into this world. So she is ready to take that pain. Can we bear that pain without having such a big purpose? Similarly, for anything which we are doing in life, if we do not have a purpose attached to it, it will become a pain eventually.

I spoke to a cancer survivor and her first thing was I had a purpose to come back to life. I wanted to go and take care of my business. I wanted to see my factory again. For that, I was able to go through everything with a smile.

This gentleman also found the purpose of his business again. Earlier he wanted it for his son but then he wanted that business to create something better in society. He also opened a school in his business which was training kids on business.

Find your purpose and everything in life will become beautiful. It does not matter how challenging life would be, your purpose will create that happiness and satisfaction of having lived the life.
