When I was small, we used to play and also did an experiment in the school. We used to take a magnifying glass, with its convex side towards a piece of paper, so that it could gather the sun rays at one place. And if we would hold it for some time, the paper would burn. And we learned the power of sun and we also learned that sun light can burn and has energy. But we need to gather that energy. Without gathering that energy, though it’s everywhere, we cannot achieve anything. And I applied this lesson in the life. We all have energy. We all have thoughts. But if we really want to achieve something with that, we need a constant focus. We need to gather our scattered thoughts and focus at one place. Once we are able to achieve that focus, we will be able to generate enough energy to burn a hold in anything we desire.
We can get whatever we want, but we get whatever we focus upon. When we focus upon something, it is able to bring us anything we want. However, in daily life, we have so many things in mind that our energy is divided or our focus is divided. Our thoughts have the power to bring anything to manifestation. Our thoughts carry our energy. But this is a scattered energy. We need to start focusing it on something we really desire.
So how can we achieve that?
If it’s not possible entire day, take out sometime in the morning or any comfortable time during the day, where you sit with a quiet mind and focus on what you want to achieve. Focus on how you will feel once you achieved it. If you want to increase the focus, write it. Write down what do you want. write down how you feel about it. Write down how much you want it. Have faith that if you have asked you will achieve it and most importantly, start working for it. Even if its one small step everyday, take it and the journey will begin. Without any action, nothing can be achieved. However, when you will take a step with focus, it will be a powerful one. A strong one.
Go and achieve what you like. Gather your strength. You have the rising sun inside us. You have the l;ight. You have the power.
