What happens inside is more important than what happens outside.

Sometimes we are able to maintain our calm even on the biggest issues which should have made us angry and sometimes we have an outburst on trivial issues. So what made us lose our control, the issue or something in mind? If issue would have been that important we would have been raged on everything around us. So it is not the issue, it is what is happening inside. Our focus is so much on what is happening outside that we keep forgetting that it is inconsequential if we are able to manage inside and that is who really we are.

Things keep happening around us and they are dependent on many factors which are beyond our control. We can manage our life if we can manage our self. If you really want to maintain a demeanor which is not influenced by any external circumstances or any person then we really need to understand who we are, why do we act in a certain way if we are thinking then why do we have such thoughts, are they our original thoughts or are they imbibed by someone else? You need to be more about your thoughts and your self. When you would have expectations from others, know why do you expect, are they the reflection of your needs which you are expecting to be fulfilled by someone else then you would never get them met.

Once you are self connected, it would stop mattering whats there outside, lets say it like, when you are sleeping, the sleep has to come from inside, if you are sleepy, then you can sleep on a chair, a bed or on floor or it does not matter if it is a 5 star bed. Same thing is, when you have things inside, you do not care whats there outside.
