We can be much happier if we can accept things the way they are!

A mother was worried day and night because her 17 years old son did not want to study. He wanted to follow his career in sports. He was a good player but would he be able to make money in this? What would happen to him without a degree?
A 43 years old man was worried all day because his wife could not create a good relationship with his family. 
A businessman was worried that his brother would ask for share in his business which he had inherited from father. He had become protective because for last many years his brother did not do anything for the business and he had given all his life  to make it grow. 
What if government was better?
What if roads were better?
What if we had a bigger home?
What if we had more money?
What if people were kinder?
What if employees were more sincere?
Wish past was better!
There could be so many stories and things which we wish were different and they really erode us of our happiness. But in reality, we cannot do anything about them or let’s say we have already done enough and no change has happened and that’s why we are worried. But is that helping us anywhere? Isn’t that keeping us from being happy?
So what shall we do?
Take some time out. Write down what all is bothering you. See if you can do something about it? See if your perspective can be changed about it. If you can’t do anything accept the fact. Leave something on time to take care of. Do not try to see past from different perspectives. It will never change.
Accept things the way they are. Work on areas where you can do something!
Be peaceful, be happy!
