We are no one to judge someone’s bad times. We need to be more compassionate when someone is in pain.

Krishna was walking with Arjuna and they saw a very ugly dog. The dog was in pain and Arjun said that the dog must have done a lot of bad things in the past life that he deserved such a fate. (Agreed, we all need to face our karma). Arjun was making a kind of bad face but Krishna smiled and said see, it’s teeth is beautiful and the dog looked up and got tears. It’s like his pain was lifting. Krishna loved the dog and the dog turned into Indra lord. He said that to see the best in the worst, it’s only Krishna who has that quality.

We all act like Arjuna. We look at someone’s bad times and we judge and comment. By doing this, we hurt them more. If we act like Krishna, train our mind to be compassionate and see the good in the bad, we start healing the situation. If it’s not happening on it’s own, we need to start making an effort with our aware mind.

A few days back, met a friend and I could hear what all bad is happening in everyone else’s life. After sometime (I kept quiet out of manners), finally asked what good was happening and what good in her life she was doing. She felt so hurt that, she never called back. One gentleman, came over for coffee and started talking the bad things celebreities are doing and how their karma comes back. I am sure we all have to pay for what we give. But who are we to judge anyone. We would have own sins to fulfill. Who are we to increase anyone else’s pain. We need to see, if we want to heal or add to the pain. If we want to heal, we can pray, we can bless the person who is in pain. Who are we? We are a part of this Universe. If God will love the person in pain, who are we to judge and increase that pain. It shows, what kind of person we are.

Let the divine rise in you, who heals and loves.
