We are in the middle of a pandemic. We have never seen and heard of such times. Our grandparents never saw such times. People are assuming things are doing. One day a set of instructions comes and another day another set of instructions come. People are confused and they do not know what is a fact here and what is just a rumor.
I do not know myself. But I do know what can be done surely. We all need to work on our health. A few days back also I was talking to my friend, she is a doctor, said that our lungs have become very weak due to inhalation of pollution. Because that can get us the best protection.
So what all we need to do?
- We need to start eating healthy food like more of fruits, vegetables and all greens, etc.
- We need to stop eating all that is not good for health like junk food.
- We need to start exercising more so that our bodies can become stronger.
- We need to work on our respiratory system with breathing exercises. So that our lungs and the entire respiratory system can become strong.
- To fight any disease in our body, we need two things, more of exercise and more raw food.
- We also need to start working on our mental health. We need to stay positive and let go of any kind of negativity. Even if we need external help for that. Our thoughts and emotions have a great impact on our physical health. Haven’t we heard that he got so many diseases in tension? happier we are and healthier we are.
- We also need to start healing our earth and environment. We need to see more light on Earth rather than negativity.
- We need to stop polluting the environment physically and we need to take proper steps to heal the environment. Whatever space we have, we need to make it green.
