When I was in school I was taught opposite words or antonyms and synonyms and for truth we were told that the opposite is lie. As per dictionary opposite means being the other of a pair that are corresponding or complementary in position, function, or nature. Ok now let’s see why lie is not the opposite of truth…lie is baseless, does not have any strength and one day or other day any lie stops existing as soon as truth comes out in light. Lie can stand only till the time truth is not there. I cannot even say that lie is weak..because a weak person or thing also has some mass or identity but lie is just like an empty cloak which might float around in air or hanged can be worn…but has nothing inside it. Now look at truth..it triumphs above all…it does not need any support..whatever way you amass a lie..one blow of the truth would blow it away..the magnitude of truth is so strong that once the truth starts showing its head the lie just disappears…the truth heals everything….the truth is eternal…it will never change..when there is a lie it always needs support to stand but truth does not..you do not need to prove a truth..it is there and will always be there without an ounce of change…no one can suppress it..even if someone tries to hide it, truth has the ability to come out on its own..and when it comes out it comes out with full magnitude…and everything else accepts its presence..it shakes up everything…no one needs to measure the magnitude…when lie never has any base..always needs a support and can never exist in front of truth..how can it be an opposite of something which is eternal and strongest…does not need any support…can triumph all? They should be equal to be opposite….but they are not…truth has no opposite…truth can stand alone and triumphs all…
