One young couple married for 2 years went for a holiday. They had some differences and family thought that going out together might sort things out. It generally helps because we can think from a different perspective and talk. The energy is different than what is there at home, we feel different, so we can understand from different sides. So they were fighting and felt had inconsolable differences. They called up. The girl was just not ready to listen as she had felt that she was tortured by her husband’s family a lot. But now, things were different. he had taken a stand. They no longer treated her like that. These are teething issues everyone goes through initially. I did not want to justify her or him or anything. What was more important was that they were out together. I asked her simply one thing, can you please just take a look around and see what is there. Forget about everything else including with whom she was and just look around. She was fighting because she felt lack of love. So when she looked around for a moment, she shared that she was at one of the most beautiful locations of her life. There was a fragrance of nature in the air, there was a waterfall, lots of flowers around, small kids were playing. Suddenly one kid came over and gave her a beautiful flower saying, aunty, you are very pretty. She hugged the kid back, saying, he was the cutest kid she had ever seen. What she realized was she was so busy in her mind, she did not see what’s there. She was missing out on the love now also.
We all are. The universe is loving us every moment. We are so special. The universe is loving everyone. can we see that and embrace it back. can we feel the hug? If you want to feel it more, go and hug a tree, go and hug a small child, go and hug some river, spread yourself on fresh grass and let the fresh air wash over you, loosen up yourself, trust the Universe. You will have the most mesmerizing experience of life. Let the sky fill you up. Everything is designed to love you, to make you feel happy, embrace it and everything will get healed.
