She is the CEO of a company. She was unable to manage targets and she also could not retain employees. She would handle one issue and the other one would crawl in. She wondered how she would solve the problems and amidst all these problems, employees have no motivation to work. So the question was:
How can we solve office problems with love?
First thing, we need to believe that love can solve everything. Now, we need to know that the only way to remove darkness is by bringing in more light. Love brings in that light.
But how me bringing in love will help 150 people? Let it begin. it’s always a chain reaction. The problem is when it never comes. Light has own way of finding its path.
Few things she did:
- Opening up all windows first thing in the morning. (It brings in fresh air and energy. Old air goes out. We all feel better when we go in the fresh air. The fresh air has to come to working and living space. It is Universal love. If we keep sitting in a closed environment, it keeps circulating the same air and same thoughts which keep influencing everyone again and again.)
- She called regular meeting. IN this she heard everyone, without complaining back.
- She had to stop FEELING negative about the team along with saying bad things.
- She opted loving approach to explain things and get work done rather than criticism.
- She created activities, which will help the team to feel happy and support each other.
- She created an environment of sharing rather than bitching.
- She created an environment, where people could share their personal problems, rather than bitching about each other.
- This increased the compassion within the team, gave them a feeling of family and they started seeing each other in a new light rather than judging and talking bad about each other.
- When people were more connected with each other, they wanted to come to the office more.
- When they felt cared for, they wanted to work more.
When the office environment became positive, the energy in the office was positive, employees also started staying longer. Customers also started coming in, like energy could sense energy. Every issue started getting resolved one by one.
Keep bringing in more love. Rest it will find it’s way along with health, peace and abundance.
