We want so many things in life and we want them all the time, before we get the thing our next desire is ready and even if our all the desires are fullfilled, we are still not happy and have complaints and we feel justice has not been done to us. When I look back the first thing is we forget what we all get and keep getting and always keep looking at what we dont have. One person came to me who was depressed as he lost all the finances and had huge business losses. He said he is left with nothing in life. When i asked him to make the list of liabilities it was very long and when he wanted to write the list of assets, he did not have anything other than his motorbike. Then I asked him, if he has loving wife, family, friends and he was puzzled, we take all these things for granted in life. When we realize that even when we say we are left with nothing, still how much we are left with. Even when we dont have any other support, we have our own body to be with which never leaves us until we are here on this Earth and when we leave anyway we dont need anything. We take everything too much for granted and that is why have never been able to appreciate and be happy. Without having the realization of gratitude we can never be happy because even if we get more, we would not realize its value. I am thankful to God for creating me and for giving me an opportunity to be me. Thank you God and thank you Life. Thank you all my angels for blessing me and guiding me. thank you for giving me a path to walk upon. thank you for the all the challenges which gave me an opportunity to realize my own strength. thank you god for being here and being with me.
