One gentleman said that I want to stay healthy and positive. I asked him to go and eat as much as junk he could eat for a day and then next day and again next day. Keep doing till the time he feels that he was sick of eating all that. He came back after 3 days and said that he is craving for no food or it should be simple food. After that for few days he did not feel like touching food.
Similarly, his mind was tired of thinking all bad thoughts. His mind had reached to a limit where it said that I cant take it any more. His regular thoughts:
Always finding ifs and buts in everything he planned.
Always compared himself with everyone around
Not respecting himself enough
Lack of self love
Fear of future
Not sharing enough
Not finding it enough
Judging people
Lack of trust on people.
Not letting go and thinking of past events a lot
He always felt tired as his mind was too busy processing lots of information which was consuming his energy rather than giving him energy.
Finally his mind wanted a break. We all do that. We all have similar thoughts all day. By default our mind retains negative thoughts. We need to make an effort for positivity. So let’s see what can give us:
Self love, appreciate yourself, love yourself. Do not criticize yourself, do not judge yourself.
Respect others but no comparison.
Help someone without expectation
Give a smile to yourself and others
Focus on desired future rather than having fears
Believe in abundance
Laugh
Retain and repeat happy moments
Let go and forgive
Spend time with children and doing things which give you happiness
Spend less time around news and watching crime sops
Take a break from negativity and have a feast of happiness. You will see the change in you. You will see the change in your energy.
