He bought a new car and he was very protective of it. He did not let anyone drive it. Hi brother took the car and it got little scratched. He was furious and he did not talk to his brother for days. Their mother did not appreciate this. One day when he was drinking alcohol and fell on ground, his mother scolded him badly. He was shocked. She told him that car is your vehicle. This body is the vehicle for your soul. I created this body inside me. Your car got scratched, so you were furious. Similarly, you are scratching the body I gave you, so I have every right to be furious. He was further shocked to hear all this. He asked her what do you mean?
She told him that see you can buy your car anytime but you will never get this body again. It is your responsibility to take care of this body. It is the vehicle of your soul. It is given to carry out your everyday work and serve your life purpose. But if you abuse your body how would you do it.
So what do I do to take care of this vehicle?
You need to do everything, which will keep this healthy.
Health is at all levels, MInd, body and soul
So keep healthy thoughts in your mind. Only desire love and be positive. Every negative thought is affecting your health in a negative way.
What do i do for that?
Forgive, be love, be compassionate, be happy, be peac.e Make efforts to be happy rather than avoiding things.
You need to eat healthy food, you need to eat food made with love. We ask not to eat outside food because we do not know how it was prepared. Still how would your car be if you add Kerosene oil instead of petrol? It would start getting spoiled. Similarly, this body also starts rotting with food which is not healthy for it. Always add healthy ones to it.
Follow a healthy regime, like fresh air, yoga etc to keep it further healthy.
What do i do for soul?
Be a seeker of love and give love. Your soul will start enlightening.
