Start working on your exercise routine at home. The human body needs mobility or else it falls sick.

On March 22, India went under lock down because of the corona outbreak. The lockdown lifted but the people are still sitting at home, working from home because of the fear of corona. Children cannot go out and play in the open spaces. Elders cannot go out because of the same.

It has been complete 9 months. Our bodies are detriorating.

I get calls from parents, their children are developing stomach issues. The bowel movement has slowed down. They are constipated and they are becoming sluggish.

I get calls from grown-ups and young people, whose bodies were very healthy as per the last medical check up just before the pandemic and now, they have started developing hormonal issues, high BP, diabetes and many such problems.

Children are falling sick more often and complaining about body pain. I wonder at that age if we knew what was body pain.

Why is this all happening?

One year back, if someone is sitting at home all the time, we would have said, please get moving or else your body will fall sick. It will become bad. And now, we all are in that situation and I do not know, for how long that will last. Human body is like a machine. If a machine is not running and standing for days, its different parts start getting jammed. It needs oiling and workout. Similar way, a human body also needs healthy food and mobility. Without that our metabolism slows down, which creates hormonal balance, body pain (less blood and oxygen supply to the body parts) and then we attract diabetes and BP issues and then things after that. High Diabetes creates kidney problems, High BP creates Heart problems and there is no end to it.

1.Please start exerciseing at home.

2. Please take enough sun light.

3. Please have more plants at home.

4. Please stop eating junk food.

5. Please work on staying mentally healthy. Write your gratitude journal. Take fresh air. Spend quality time with family. Spend happy time and do things to relax mentally.

6. Do not eat extra just because you are sitting at home.

7.Practice yoga and breathing exercises.

Stay healthy, stay happy. Have a happy, healthy, long life.
