After fighting for three days the husband said to his wife that I am going away for one day. The wife started screaming and said that now you are leaving me. He said no, I am not leaving you. I am just taking a break so that I can straighten my head and come back. For last three days even I can’t see straight and I am acting like a total nonsense. I have lost sense of right thinking. She wanted to fight out this saying let’s sort it out together and he laughed saying for last three days we have been trying to sort it out together but now I need to solve it my way. saying this he left and when he came back he had no anger. He was calm and peaceful. He told her that there is nothing which needs to e sorted out and they are good together. She looked surprised and asked him why alone then? He smiled and said that we never pass waste from our body in crowd or in front of anyone. Similarly to pass mental waste also we need to go alone. So that we can see things from a different view. 
He mentioned it for one reason, but let’s see why we need to spend some time alone everyday or atleast alternate day?
1. To get the toxic thoughts out of system
2. To sit and analyze what’s happening and why it is happening
3. To hear what our inner voice is saying
4. To get our mind focus on what we want in life rather than what we do not want
5. So that we can trust ourselves (we do not trust someone whose voice we haven;t heard. How can we trust ourselves without knowing self?
6. To connect with our higherself
7. To connect with God
8. To be more loving and e a messenger of light
9.To retain what’s important and what’s not important
10. To destress and be ready for life again!
