As soon as we are born, we start identifying ourselves. We think we are whatever we have. First of all we define ourselves with our relationships and then the things which we possess. We dont find ourselves worthy if we dont possess things with high monetary value. Someone likes to hoard loads of jewellery, someone wants a big house, someone wants a big car. Desire for having a big car is not bad, but because you think it will add value to you..or you will be different if you would have a big car is a bad thinking. If you are changing yourself with the things you possess, it means you dont value yourself, forget about how much value others would put into you. One lady was obsessed with jewellery, she would even borrow and wear in in different social gatherings and bigger would be her necklace bigger would be her tantrums. I am sure there would be many such prototypes. But when people indulge into such things they forget its the value of Gold not your value and you are invaluable. Gold or as a matter of fact, anything is valuable in this world, because you want it, as you want to wear it or you want to have it. If you would not desire it it would have no value, so actually you are giving your value to anything, that thing is not adding value to you. Thats why brands ask celebrities to endorse them because they are adding value to those brands. So know your value, which is more than anything in this world. Do not depend on small things to add to your value. See how you are adding value to other things and other lives. Its about your value not the value of the thing. You are more important than anything else.
