Remember everyday who you are or else you would lose yourself one day.

All her hands were bruised and she wanted to die. Her husband was a good man but she could no longer handle daily couple fights. He did not know what to do and how to handle the situation and he would end up shouting at her more out of anger and frustration. This would again turn into a fight. When she first met me, all she could say was I was not like this. I used to be a good person, happy person. Now I do not even relate with who i am. This is not me. This is not me, so she wanted to die!
So many times we look into the mirror and we tell ourselves, I used to be so happy/carefree/kind…….but this ruthless world has made me bad or the responsibilities have changed me. 
Nothing can change us if we would remember who we are everyday and why can’t we do that everyday. Moreover, to change or not should be our decision not because of others. Life is full of challenges and everyday one thing or other thing happen. When those things happen, we take a small decision, “I would never…….” and this changes us. Gradually these changes become so big and permanent that we start feeling frustrated who we are and who we are not. So what’s the solution:
Spend time alone and observe what are your first thoughts about yourself. If it is a blank then you can write things which you think you have. If its negative then it is time to change.
1. Know yourself…do not judge. Understand yourself. 
2. tell yourself everyday who you are. You can choose special words like I am a happy person, I am kind, I am strong, I am successful
3. More you repeat things which you have and you want to have, you would see them happening and more you would repeat more permanent they would become.
4. Do not repeat negative affirmative things like does he think i am a fool….first you would think that he/she thinks of you as a fool and then you would start feeling everyone thinks of you as a fool…once you start feeling that way, it would start denting your self image.
5. make a list of how you would want to be like a happy person and remember that everyday, so that you know happiness is your nature not anger. 
Above all, you are a divine child of creator made in his image. You are perfect the way you are. You are the creator. Always remember you are kind and loving.
