A: I have never returned empty-handed.
Q: Why do you believe in God?
A: I have been through a phase in life of total atheism. Where I used to say, there is no God and I cannot see him, so I do not believe him. But then, you are stuck so badly in something and you just cannot do without him, and then you surrender. Which makes you realize that you do believe in him but somewhere you have been denying his presence because of ego. We cannot exist without him. I want to ask, why we do not want to believe in God?

A: Maybe because we just would like to question everything. Maybe we want to feel that power inside us which comes with ego. But in reality, no one can deny his presence. Without him, we do not exist. He is like our checkpoint. We human beings are stupid. We want to feel all-powerful and then we want to deny there is something above all. So that we can tell ourselves, I am this because of my own, not with someone’s help. Not even God’s help. But the fact is, we are not even this dust without his help. He let us play, have fun, enjoy and do everything else.
If he exists, why we simply do not accept yes, almighty, you are there and please take care of me.
I have experienced miracles. There have been times in life when I really could not manage one more second and I surrendered. The surrender from hearty where I could not raise my head and eyes were closed, where I felt his hand on my head, I felt him with teary eyes and then everything changed in a miraculous way. He is there and very much there. You cannot see him with the ego. You can feel him with love and gratitude. A miracle is happening and another miracle is waiting. Learn to surrender your ego. Learn to pray with love and you will see everything.
