Its a very natural thing that when some thing happens especially bad to us, we focus more on others and less on what we are…like why he did so..why is he so bad ..he is always like this to me…what bad have I done to him/her etc..which fills our innerself with further negativity…bhagwad Gita says…one has to rise above this..one has to rise above that also..where you keep stressing on something when someone appreciates you…if you can rise above appreciation then only you can rise above negativity too…
It is a natural thing to be effected and its a difficult journey where you do not let these things effect you…we all have a source of light inside us…you need to focus on light and focus on what you are not to focus on what others are…that’s the only way you can stay away from the negativity..you need to focus on positivity inside you..do not build a justification for yourself as deep down you know its a mere justification…stay true to your heart and stay true to yourself..always act in a way you want your heart to act..do not react as per others because if you react as per others..you will always regret later.. You need to act not react..that’s the most important thing…
Focus on yourself not on others…look at what you can do..after that do not bother what others think and do as you have no control over that..you can control what you think and you do…so you focus on that…
