One mother called up. She was wondering how she could guide her 20 years old son correctly. She wondered when he would start working how he would be. He was about to join his family business. She wanted to hand over some valuable lessons.
(Sometimes I wonder that if we cant prepare for anything in the last minute, how can we hand over values in the last minute) But still may be some words linger on and when they may help, we never know.
So I told her to explain him about Karma. What may come, we have to perform our duties. What may be happening in personal life, we have to perform our duties. Ram loved Sita and was married to her. HE had to leave her and focus on his Karma and duties as a king. He could not let his duties to be affected. I am sure emotionally he must be a wreck!
Krishna loved Radha, so much that we do not say Rukmani Krishna, we always say Radha Krishna. So when the time came, he left village and Radha along and he had to perform his duties for his real parents and the kingdom. Legends say that he always loved Radha, so it means he must have missed her for the rest of his life.
Earth is a land of Karma. We are born here to do our Karma. Karma is supreme here. Without doing our Karma we fail the purpose of taking birth here. What may come we have to perform our duties and even if that mean standing against own loved ones like Arjun had to fight his own family members to do the right thing. Yes! We need to do the right thing. That is the second lesson for Karma.
So when he is joining business or doing anything, tell him what may come, he has to perform the right duties and does not matter how hard it is, we have to do the right thing. Everything will solve and everything will fall into place eventually!
