Every day is a new day and if we can really believe that and start working on that, we can see that life is getting better and better.
We really want to eat fresh food, breath fresh air, bathe in freshwater and we want everything else to be fresh. But then we forget that our mind also needs fresh thoughts, fresh things and fresh energy. It starts getting dusty with old thoughts and patterns. We need to work on our minds equally.
So what shall we do?
Every day, when you wake up, make a decision, what kind of day, you would like to have. Take a decision, what kind of thoughts you would like to have. Like every day, a homemaker thinks, what needs to be cooked today. The whole day, keep working on that. whenever your mind drifts from that, bring it back. I understand there will be some exceptions, sudden arrivals, take them as sudden arrivals. But the rest of the time, keep working on your mind. Once you will be able to tune up your mind, you will see how positive your life would be. You will see, how your health also starts improving.
Every day, take one day at a time keep doing positive things. Keep putting positive things in your mind. No need to rush but yes, you need to follow. You need to train your mind to stay positive and happy. Work on it every day. make it more loving every day. Keep repeating the word love in mind more and more. You will see the difference in and around you soon.
