I am feeling down for the last two days. I could not get up from the bed. There was business stress.

I had an argument with my husband 4 days back and since then I have a headache.

This girl in my office never comes on time and keeps answering back. I can feel the anxiety rising. I have a little pain in my chest.

And so many more statements I hear almost every day.

Yes, we all go through lots of situations in life but we need to realize, mental peace is above all. Our health is above all. When we are young, our bodies are able to take more stress and we do not realize the impact of stress on our bodies. However, as we grow old, a little stress can cause great harm.

Every word we speak, every word we think, every thought has an impact. It starts affecting us at the molecular level. If we start thinking of peace, we will start creating peace inside us and around us.

Stop using statements like:

He is giving me a headache

I will have a heart attack like this

My life is always chaotic

My BP is rising

Or many more such statements.

Use statements like:

I am peaceful

I am always happy

Anand hi anand

Everything brings joy to me

Everything is abundant around me

I am always healthy

We need to bring that shift. The shift in thought process, a shift in words we use. We need to know, thinking os disease is not helping us anywhere. Thinking of joy, peace and abundance is. And why to give away everything for someone else’s behavior. Nothing is worth own health and mental peace. We need to remind that.
