Someone called up and asked how shall I start my day. How can I make sure I am surrounded by positive energies always. How can I be happy through out the day. How can I be energetic through out the day.
So I asked him, are you not?
He thought for a while and said that I am always working on staying positive and happy. I live an aware life (Which is a very good thing) So I know when something is taking me down. So I immediately start working on it. But i also want to learn new ways always so that I can be up always.
So what all do you do?
He shared that he sits in open park every morning for an hour atleast. He shared that he sits and meditates. he spends a lot of time in nature. But as he realized the power of intention, how could he set better intentions.
Yes, our intentions are very powerful. It can really give a different direction to our day.
