Whatever I am, my health, abundance, love, everything has come from his grace, and the foundation was gratitude. I was always not like this. I also had complaints, ego trips, and fights, and everything. But then I realized that was not helping me. it was only bringing the worst in me. And then I asked, guide me and I read somewhere. Thank you shall be your first prayer and if it’s just a thank you, you have prayed enough. That changed the way I was praying, that changed the way I was thinking and living. As the quality of my thoughts changed, I changed as a person. I became a calmer and peaceful person. Instead of complaining and finding faults, I started looking at how much I had received and what is already being done for me. That changed how life was responding to me. When I changed, the life also changed. People I met also changed. How they acted with me also changed. If I was grateful, I met more people who were expressing their gratitude. If I was happy, and I am happy, I meet more people, who are happy and who further contribute to my happiness. It’s simple, you receive, whatever you are. And it all started with gratitude. Then I realized why it is enough as a prayer.
One gentleman asked me, how he could achieve more internally and externally and I told him the same thing. he asked how he shall follow and the answer is simple. just be grateful. Just look at what all is done. Just look at how much you have received in your life. instead of thinking if your wife has done all the tasks, look at how much she has already done. If your employee has done a mistake, look at how much he has done and do not worry about his salary and everything else. Just look at what all is done and then you would see the difference. It may not look natural in the beginning because we have been trained otherwise. However, when it will become a part of you, it will look natural to you. And then you will see the change in life.
Dont let ego be the foundation. let love and gratitude be the foundation of everything and then you will see how amazingly the Universe responds back to you.
