She was a silent person and she had been like this forever. She never liked to share her thoughts. When someone made her angry, she did not say anything. She just gulped her anger. Now, we humans have a tendency that we suppress the one more who does not speak up. If someone is loud and shouts back, we stay away from that person. So she was further more target because she did not give it back anytime. Everyone would say that she is unaffected. But that was not true. She was affected and she did have lots of emotions but she never shared.
So one day she collapsed. She shared
Her parents took her for professional help. If she did not want to speak someone internally, then she had to share with someone who was not related. She cried and shared and did not know what to do. The solution was truly forgiveness for herself and others. If she did not mind what others were doing to her it was a different thing but if she did mind and she felt bad and angry then she had to let go of that negative energy. She had to release her emotions. She had to forgive. She had to release that weight which she was holding on her head. She finally started the process of forgiveness of all the incidents which she was holding inside her.
After few months, she felt much lighter and healthier. She felt a new wave of energy inside her. She felt like a new person. Forgiveness healed her. It also healed her relationships as the negativity was washed away.
It is important to forgive for ownself. Does not matter how big had been the things but forgiveness helps you in healing and moving on.
