This is so very important to judge the situation. Do not judge people as it may go wrong, people change with time but judge the situation. There is nothing right or nothing wrong in this world. We all act as per situation. Which you say wrong today, you may do yourself in the same situation. So earlier to whom you have discarded saying a bad person as he reacted that way, now you yourself become a bad person. The person is same, you judge now you are the victim of the situation. I understand we should have control on life, however, sometimes we do get played and are victims of situations. So before coming to any conclusion and giving an expert comment, always think from others perspective. Always keep yourself in his/her place and then make a decision that whether it was right or wrong. Even after that always leave a window as you may not be aware of all the constraints attached to that person. Never form an opinion as it will not let you see the truth honestly as there is a difference between the truth and the complete truth. Sometimes, we feel we know the truth but we may not know everything and every reason and situation behind it. Before you reach any conclusion always try to find out the whole thing.
My maternal uncle always says, “Hunger can make you eat anything and situation can make you do anything.” It is very true. Sometimes you may do something which you had never thought you would be doing. Why do we feel we have a generation gap, because we feel our parents do not think from our perspective and they always complain that we do not understand their perspective? However, instead of complaining daily if both parents and children would think from each other’s perspective, this generation gap would never come. This would in fact resolve the age old fight of generations because every next generation feels there is a gap.
We are in habit of loathing our managers and management. However, when we start keeping ourselves in their shoes, we would understand that they have bigger responsibility than we can imagine. End of the month we would be demanding salary and not accept even a day delay, however, they have to make sure that everyone is paid on time and funds are running.
We all have a very big complain in life that no one understands me or tries to understand me. Actually the problem is not that people do not understand each other, problem is we always forget to think from others perspective. That’s why so many times, the person keeps screaming that atleast please listen to me before reaching to any conclusion as he/she is trying to make you understand his perspective which is so very important to understand why things happened the way they have happened.
