He was trying to make an effort to come out of that but he was unable to pull himself out. He felt further guilty that he was under depression. He felt that he was of no use which was making him suicidal. When he accepted his depression, he accepted that it is ok to get depressed, he felt better. He was able to handle himself better. Eventually, he could come out of that.

Doctors said that he was bipolar. He would get angry very quickly. HE would feel very bad after that. In a moment he was angry and in a moment he was depressed. He felt there was no midway. But yes, there was. He started accepting his anger. It was on certain things. He felt that it is ok to get angry if he was feeling angry. He started expressing that anger in a much calmer way. After some time, he started feeling much in control. When he started feeling in control, he did not feel that depressed also because he did not feel that angry. He had to accept his anger.

She was on medication for OCD. She wanted everything her way. She felt that if she did not keep things her way, she would be a failure. But this was not the truth. When something was lying around, she had to tell herself it is ok to be there and when she accepted that, she also accepted that I can feel bad because I like it in a different way and it is ok, if someone wants to keep it differently. gradually she started improving and she could also manage her emotions.

We all have emotions and our emotions carry our energy. We all have emotions for a reason. We need to experience them and solve them rather than judge them and suppressing them. Everything is there for a reason, so let it come and get solved.
