We all know this. We sit and talk and what do we talk about mostly? About someone? We laugh about someone, we express our feelings which are generally not so positive about someone and we feel happy. Went to meet a friend and she talked about another one from our class, then we went down for a coffee and again we picked up a topic on someone else and this thing continued whenever we met. I tried talking about few things like children, school or may be any thing but the topic shifted to one or other person. I wondered if I am getting involved or am I like this. Where does it matter. If I am sitting in this conversation and this is steering towards judging someone, then I am a part of it and I need to take my responsibility.
I did not stop going, but I started questioning every judgement giving a counter point about the better side of someone. What if! She could not continue such conversations for very long.
We have lots of thoughts and energies everyday and if we keep spending that on others, we would not be able to use that energy for better things. It’s like we have Rs 50000 everyday and shall we spend on our further growth or on others is our decision. We have a capacity of 50000 thoughts everyday, so shall we spend that energy on ourselves or on others? If we keep spending that precious money/thoughts energy on others, by the end of the day we would have nothing in our bank account for ourselves.
Our thoughts create energy which create our lives and that is why every thought is important. Whole Universal energies in our lives are moving according to what we are thinking. If we spend that on others, we are spending our precious energy which can be used to create something better in our lives for something which is of no use and on someone whom we actually do not like.
I choose to spend my thought energy on something which I can create and desire!
