Why do we have to surrender?
So that the higher power can see the best timings and best for it. So that the Universe can bring it to you in the best possible way without harming.
But if it comes late, hasn’t it lost the relevance?
Sometimes, we do not know the right time. My five-year old wanted to cook, and she picked up the knife and the gas lighter. I had to run from the bedroom to stop her. I asked her, what was she doing. She started crying, I want to cook and you do not let me. I am grown up enough to cut things now. You do not let me. I hugged her and told her that there would be a right time for it which was not at that time. I really want her to cook but is it the right time? When I was away, she was forcing the situation to happen. She cannot see the consequences from her perspective but as her mother, I can see. In a similar way, sometimes, we cannot see the consequences and may end up picking up a knife that we are not ready to handle because everything comes in a package. That’s why it is important to surrender. So that the Universe can see, when is the right time.
Sometimes, it is also the half baked which we do not realize. My friend was baking a cake for her 6 year old child and he was asking every minute, when can I eat it. He became so impatient that he told her, you do not want me to eat it. However, it was not ready yet. If she would have given him at that time, would he have been able to eat it? NO! This is another reason, we need to surrender and wait.
When we do not surrender, sometimes, we end up filling it up with own negativity. We may start asking questions like what if I do not get it, what if this happens, and the negativity will block the path. Sometimes, people end up doing the wrong things as well. Like a gentleman started taking bribe because he really wanted to build a big house. Now, this kind of Karma will block the future good progress and will have own consequences.
Whatever we desire, if we attach that with surrender, good emotions, good karma and we focus on it every day with love we will get it. And we must let things happen in it’s own way rather than trying to force them to happen.
