We are made up of five elements. Earth, water, air, sun and Ether. If we stay connected with these five elements, we will keep getting healed. Sometime back a gentleman shared his experience. He got infected by Covid and he was in home isolation. He was blessed that they had a lot of open space and trees around them. Every day, he would go and lie down under the peeple tree and take sunlight. He would breathe in fresh air from peeple and he realized he started feeling better everytime he would sit there. He felt that everything around was healing him. He started feeling stronger and better and he kept doing it more. After that he recovered very fast.
All the elements of nature are healing. Why it is important to take fresh air? Apart from physical benefits like fresh oxygen for lungs, the air also removes the negative vibrations of stress which had been stored in the stuck air. In the ancient times people used to ring bells in the temples, they used to produce different kinds of sounds. That is to clear the air which was stored or had been still. And when we go to the fresh air, does not matter how stressed we are, we feel better, we start gaining a fresh perspective to the same problem which we were unable to get in the room. Similarly, if we feel we have experienced some negativity, we feel like taking a bath. Moreover, why do we feel always relaxed when we take a bath in the river or we can experience a different kind of healing with rivers. Yes, the healing from the water. Sitting on the earth brings grounding. It grounds our thoughts, our physical body and it helps us in stabilizing. If you really want to be physically, mentally and emotionally, spend some time every day with the five elements of nature and you will feel the difference.
