He had so many body aches. HE could not walk properly. HE ate all the junk he could. He always kept asking for what’s tasty today. So when he was growing up, his mother gave him all the tasty food she could. Which also means not so healthy food like candies, fried food and all. Whenever his father tried pushing him for sports, he did not want to go out and his mother defended. The result was he grew up obese. He grew up with less strength in his body and many ailments. Whenever anyone pointed out, he blamed all on his mother. Finally, he got an ultimatum. If he had to live longer and pain-free, he had to correct his lifestyle. Waking up on time, going out for a walk, eating fruits and veggies and spending time in the gym. He had to overhaul everything. It took him a year to bring his health on track and he was lucky that he could bring his health on track. After that, he realized what was more important. Some friend tasty food or staying pain-free and healthy and strong. He was also able to do more work, had better focus and he could think better.
This body is a gift and a blessing. We need to take care of the body. It is also a vehicle in which our soul is residing and carrying out all the work and activities. If we spoil this body and do not maintain the body, we will start facing problems in carrying out the tasks which we are here for. This also includes staying healthy mentally and emotionally. Which means carrying out positive things which make us feel positive and feel positive. We need to get rid of toxic thoughts and emotions.
Taking care of the health is as important as doing anything else in life. Keep this also in your priority. Healthier you would be, happier you would be.
