If you haven’t followed your heart, you have never lived your life.

So many times people come and tell me that they feel they are living an incomplete life as they have not been able to do what they had wanted to do. One gentleman in 40s came and said he could not enjoy in his college days and this is what he misses. He said he had lots of opportunities and he did not avail them as he was scared what his father would say. I said he would have said nothing or even if he would have said, the most important thing would have been, he would have been able to do what he wanted to do and would not have regretted all his life..infact he would have joked about the fact all life that this is what he did and this is how his father reacted. One 65 year old person called up and said he is unable to hang out with his friends as his wife gets upset over this trivial thing. I asked him what was he afraid of and he said his wife’s reaction..I said at this age..he said she would start nagging him and I said as you have let her do that and now she is in habit of doing so, he nurtured her this habit and he agreed. he feels suffocated that he has not been able to do what he wants to do and he just has to give up to his wife’s nagging..how stupid. One person called up and said all his life he had wanted to live a free life close to nature but he has been forced to join family business and now he feels sick of himself, instead he would have prefered opening a resort or a spa etc. I said do it now and he was shocked. We keep regretting what we had wanted to do and never did and that’s why we feel we are leading an incomplete life. If you really want to live a life and feel it, then do what your heart says.
