One gentleman came who was very furious on his father and his
wife. His every dialogue revolved around what his father did not do and how bad
was his wife. After listening to him for two hours in which many incidences
were repeat I asked him, what have you done in your life and he could not
understand the question. He was failing in his business and he was complaining
that his father did not pay enough attention towards him and gave more
attention on grooming his brother, that’s why he was failing. His wife left him
to live a miserable life. Did you give her enough respect as a wife? Did you
give her the love she deserved as a wife? All the time you kept expecting lots
of things from her but what about her? No answer! So the next question I asked
him was, what about your mother? He counted many things which she had done for
him. Which is a very beautiful thing but then what did you do for her and he
started crying. He said that I realized today, I did not do anything to give
her any happiness. Infact, all this while I have been asking things from
everyone in life but I never did anything for others or for myself. That is why
it seems like my business has failed and my relationship has failed. But crying
would not help. You need to start correcting things here. You need to go and
take care of your business and get your wife back, which shocked him because
they had not spoken to each other for past one year. It was difficult but he
had decided and he did everything to fix things in his life rather than blaming
many more people around him. It took him 6 months to get his wife back and two
years to get his business on track. But all the efforts were worth putting in.
It seems like those two years took the efforts of entire life.

This life is like a playground. We are here playing as a player or
watching it as a spectator. In a playground a spectator would sit and watch the
match and comment on how the players are playing. How good or bad was their
performance. But a player does not have time to comment. He simply takes his
shots and then gets ready for the next shot. That is why players are heroes not
the spectators. If we have been over analysing others, their action, their
lives and things, it means, we have been watching the match of our own life
from the spectator window rather than playing it. But without playing we can
never win the match. The match can be won by a player. So instead of blaming
others or dissecting others actions in your lives, fasten your seat belts and
take some actions. Your life is your responsibility not someone else. Whatever
is happening in your life is your responsibility not others. If you would not
take it, someone else would simply abuse it. Choice is ours!
