Few days back someone called up who is planning to set up his own company but is looking for someone to do some work for him. what he is lacking is an initiative. He has approached his relatives and friends to do work for him and it is not happening. I asked him to start things himself and he is a bit hesitant. Then I had to explain him that if he does not have time to do his work, how can he expect others to do the work for him. Second thing if he is not passionate about own work, how can he expect others to be infusing that passion and hardwork. People come and join later but you have to take the initiative. when Gandhi started Dandi March he was alone, but when he reached to his destination, he had everyone following him, it became a procession by the time he reached and he had help from every part of India. Now if he would have sat assuming that someone else is going to do this for him, he would never have got what he intended to reach. believe me, once you start paving your way, the path would eb created, but you cannot expect someone else to come and do it for you. If you cant make a way for yourself why would someoene lse do. forget about it, would you go and do it for someone else, dont answer it to me, answer it to yourself, if the answer is no, then you have the answer to your question that why would someone else do it for you. Even if you are ready to do it, mostly everyone looks for own stake first. So look at what do you want and how you can do it instead of just sitting and waiting for someone else to come and do it for you. Decide to reach there and you will find a way to reach there.
