Met an old man, who was in bed for many months. His family was hardly talking to him, infact he shared that it’s painful his children are waiting for him to die. And why do they want that? He said that IU have lots of property on my name, they are waiting that when I die, they would get money. But then why don’t you give that now? He got furious saying, it’s mine. They do not know how to manage money. Then he started sharing that how they could not succeed in any thing in life. Then he also shared that they wanted to do a job and he asked them to join business and they did but they wasted all the money. But did they get the job or not, yes they had but I wanted them to be in business. So did you give them and the answer was no, they were supposed to work under me first and prove their caliber. He kept speaking, see, last time when I got hospitalised, I wondered if they would want from me and I also said that I would give them property share if I would be released. I saw them smile and I wondered why should they smile when I was in bad shape. So I did not. Then again it happened and I thought I would never come back, but I came back. Now, I am here, on bed and no one visits me.
I asked him, what are you holding onto. You cannot even get up from bed. He said it’s mine and I wondered it’s whom. I did not say anything and wondered, can we be so rigid in life. He himself was accepting many things like They did not continue job as he promised them business, he promised them property share many times and now when he is so much ailing no one visits him.
Felt there were so many patterns in his life. He was promising something and breaking everytime. he was faking it or was promising from the fear of death.As he was fearing death all the time and giving false promises, his death also had become difficult.
We need to know few things:
We take birth, so that the soul can learn and evolve.
The soul learn from different situations we go through.
If we do not learn, the situation keeps repeating which means, there is a big lesson lying here in that.
When the lessons are completed, the time is over. But without that we keep suffering.
We are supported and guided and we must follow what we feel inside rather than holding onto ego.
